Eligible claims
- Wrong seed variety or packet shipped compared to your order confirmation.
- Visible damage, moisture ingress, or crushing upon delivery.
- Missing items from your order.
How to report an issue
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via seeds@appilyfortysix.com or Track & Support.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the affected packets.
- Our seed desk reviews claims within one business day.
Resolution options
Approved claims may receive a replacement shipment, store credit, or full/partial refund depending on severity. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-eligible items
Natural germination grade variation, opened packets, and spoilage caused by improper storage after delivery are not covered.
