Order Amendment Policy

Effective date: 23 July 2026

Before dispatch

You may request cancellation or address changes before your order enters the packing queue. Contact us via Track & Support or email seeds@appilyfortysix.com with your order number.

After dispatch

Once an order has been handed to the courier, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery, but perishable goods cannot be restocked and refund eligibility follows our Quality Guarantee policy.

Partial cancellations

If certain items are out of stock, we will notify you and offer to ship available items or cancel the entire order for a full refund.

Processing time

Cancellation requests are processed within 4 business hours during Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
